Amy did an incredible job selling my home. She provided exceptional guidance on the pricing, timing, and preparing the home for sale. The house went up for sale on a Friday, we had at least 15 families come to look at the house over the weekend, and I had the house sold by Monday. She also recommended companies to work with that helped me prepare the house for sale, and the companies she recommended were extremely helpful. There’s no way I would have been able to sell the house without Amy’s expertise. She made the process easy for me and I can’t thank her enough for her guidance throughout the process!

Amy was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. She was very responsive and personable. In addition, she was always eager to help by not only guiding us every step of the way, but she also demonstrated a steadfast approach in finding our dream home! She simply put us at ease when we had questions about selling and buying our new home. I highly recommend her!! She is truly the best realtor that we have ever partnered with!! 👍🏼👍🏼

My wife and I are from out of town and we didn’t know who to turn to for help looking for our first home. We were so grateful to have found Amy! Amy got to know us quickly and was able to really narrow in on what we were looking for in a home. She patiently answered all of our many questions and put us at ease through the whole process. We were confident that she would not lead us astray. She is honest, transparent, professional, optimistic, communicative, and not to mention classy! She knows her trade. As a gay couple, we can’t always predict how we will be perceived. Amy was welcoming and accepting. She is definitely an ally of the community :)

Hi, we were in a tight timeframe to avoid $200 increase in rent for a tiny apartment. The “A” in Amy is for Amazing! Her and her team made the entire experience easier than buying a car! She is on point, honest, in your best interests, She follows through to the end and after if needed! Helped us with some ''kinks’ after settlement and always follows up regardless. Her kind words to the end of purchase/move in and even after! Very thoughtful! Happy there’s people out there still with that heart and mindset. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home!
